I had a very nice short stay here. The hotel is new-ish and has lots of stylish accents, but has clearly seen a lot of use--some fixtures and things were a bit worn. However, the room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, and the fitness area was very nice. Excellent location too and not too loud, though some urban street noise, not bad though. The outstanding aspect of my stay was the staff, who were to a person friendly and welcoming, helpful, and kind. They answered every question I had, and I was able to store my bags with them after check-out as my schedule dictated that. I would stay here again!

I wasn’t able to check in earlier, but the staff was very communicative and let me know that everything was still booked and had me check later, but I was able to kill time by doing some sightseeing. My husband and I definitely enjoyed their restaurant that had their breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and our waiter was very nice and helpful.

Great location - a quick walk, light rail, or ride to everything we needed. Very new and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet area despite being downtown. We were offered early check in for a fee, which I've never heard of, but it can be waived if you join the Hyatt rewards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean premises.

We enjoyed our stay and the fact that it was near everything. We did not like that we had to call maintenance to fix the tv. We did not want to set up our streaming services and the fact that we couldn’t put the tv on regular channels without assistance was annoying. Other than that everything was great.

Location is good, right downtown Denver with lots of restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfy. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant they have at the hotel but everything looks really good and they do serve brunch on weekends!
